At the base of the steps to the cathedral turn right onto Trafalgar Square and follow the square around to the Rutherford Hotel. At the hotel turn right into Nile Street West. NICHE is located on the left hand side of the street in a single storey building next to the office of the Independent Nurses Organisation. The entrance is up a couple of steps next to a large circular window. In their own words: "NICHE is a non-profit, harm reduction based organisation which aims to reduce the transmission of blood borne viral infections and minimise the harm caused to individuals who choose to inject drugs. We don't condone the use of drugs, but offer peer based education to ensure better health to those who choose to do so."
